Acivated a new theme and now website is unable to handle request

  • So I activated a new theme and the website immediately shut down. I cant access anything to change it back to the original theme (twenty seventeen). Can someone please offer advice? It’s telling me it’s a HTTP Error 500.

  • I would contact your hosting company and have them restore the site to a previous backup point. If they don’t have a backup of your site they should be able to help you fix it another way.
