Achievements thumbnails under the user's avatar

I’ve installed this plugin and it was cool to discover such an easy way to manage the achieves and work with karma system. Its easy and user-friendly.
However, there’s some things I want to make and have no idea how to start.1) First of all it’s clear that users want to see each other achives via comments (under the nickname and avatar) and profile pages (with more detailed view like ‘my achieves’ page). Though, you have some kind of profile page in your wb-admin, users want to see their achives\statistics\mesages\etc in their own site’s page. (like any random forum, but much more simplier.) May be someone have solved this problem?
2) If there’s no profile page, it actually would be great to make a link to ‘my achieves’ page in ‘main menu’ tool bar for the first time.
I’ve tried to make a custom code, but my php skills are too low for making such a hard work for now. At least I need some help. It would be great to co-op with someone.
