    Hi,

I have a problem with the plugin you made. I have parametrize an achievment that is triggered on the event “Submit a specific field value on a specific form”. I set the right form, the name of the field that is on my gravity form and finally the value of the field.

But the achievement is never unlock by the user… I tried to modify the name of the field to “test”, change the administrator field label and change the name of the field in the achievement required step to replace it by the ID of the field instead of the name. But nothing seems to work. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong… Some help will be great!

I’m using WordPress 5.2.2, Gamipress 1.7.5, Gravity Forms 2.4.11 and your plugin version 1.1.0.

Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hi @puiz

On logs (in menu, GamiPress -> Logs) you can check the latest logs stored by GamiPress

Those logs that type is “Event trigger” with the events “gamipress_gf_field_value_submission” and “gamipress_gf_specific_field_value_submission” are the events related to the Gravity Forms specific field value

On those logs, you can check which field name and values are stored every time you submits the form, in this way you can meet the real name of the field and set it on your requirements

    Hope it helps

    Hi,

I went to the page you said and see the differents events related to Gravity Forms (and specially the “gamipress_gf_specific_field_value_submission”, suffixed from x0 to x9 in my case).

I checked the ten events but unfortunately there is no value setted for the fields “field name” and “field value”… If I understand what you said in your previous comment there should be an event per field of my Gravity Forms with the value properly setted right?

I hope you can help me,
    Best regards

    Hi @puiz

Yes, exactly, inside the log (clicking on the edit link) you should see both fields with their respective values

    Are both empty?

    Hi @puiz

After perform several test we found the issue and fixed it

So just update our Gravity Forms integration to get it fixed

Also, let you know that we incorrectly requested you the field name when what you need to setup is the field ID, simply update the requirements and provide each field ID

Thank you so much for all your reports and for help debug this issue

    Best regards
