Point Types, Achievement and Rank Pages are Empty

    Hi, I am trying to add point types, achievements and ranks but when I trey to Add New Achievement Type or Add new Rank Type or Add new point type, the page does not show any options. I have checked that there is no conflicting plugin or theme.
