Achieved the look I desired

  • I purchased the Nexgen Pro Plugin.

    At first I had trouble getting the galleries to look like the sample galleries. I reached out to customer support, and they were responsive. In the end, I ended up deactivating all plugins, then I reactivated and tweaked the settings.

    My suggestion to Nextgen would be to describe what settings they use to achieve the look in their samples (such as crop, aspect ratio and override thumbnail size).

    It took trial and error to figure it out. It would have been nice to know the settings. For my situation, I ended up changing my settings to force Crop, Pan No, 3:2 aspect ratio, and I used the thumbnail override.

    Overall I would recommend the pro plugin.
