ACF values in AF dropdown

Hi, i would like to mirror ACF values bound to a CPT in AF.

Sorry very cryptic, so here is the long version ??

I’ve got a custom post type called “show” and extended it with a date field inside a repeater field. so on the post edit screen in backend i am able to set a few dates per show. now i would like to have a contact form in frontend where i can choose one of those dates (repeater/date values) from a dropdown.

is this somehow possible with your plugin?
