ACF Site Options cache not being automatically cleared when setting is enabled

I have a options page set up via Advanced Custom Fields plugin (https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/options-page/). I have enabled WP Fastest Cache plugin settings so that cache is automatically cleared anytime a post is updated however this has no effect on anything updated on options page. I can only see my changes if I manually clear cache. Pages and other custom post types work as expected.

Anyone else have this issue?
