ACF Repeater to Contact Form

  • Hi, I would like to get an ACF Repeater field as a SELECT – OPTION HTML field in Contact Form 7.

    For example (ACF Repeater field):
    City – Madrid.
    City – Barcelona.

    Then, display a dropdown element in CF7.

    Is it possible? Thanks a lot
