ACF Radiobutton Option/Select fields

Hi,
just discovered this plugin and think about purchasing it if it fits my needs.

I have a site which makes extensive use of ACF and want to make users create custom type posts based on ACF fields.
Many of those fields are Radiobutton/Option fields and Select fields with many, many choices.

Question: Do I have to redefine ALL those options in the WP User Frontend form editor
OR is there a way WPUF reads the existing ACF definitions from the the database and displays them automatically in the form editor AND the frontend pages?

This is really crucial to me, since otherwise this would mean lots of work and its also error prone because ACF and WPUF option definitions always to be in sync.
