• Hello,

First of all, thanks for your plugin. It is fantastic and saves a lot of time.

    I bought a license for 2 templates.

    But I have a problem:

I have created ACF fields to complete user profiles. In particular, an image field for the users’ logo. This field is called ‘entpf_logo_se_copie’.

But I can’t display this image field in my PDF. I have tried different variations of code:
    [e2pdf-wp key=”enbtpf_logo_se_copie”]
    [post_author subkey=”entpf_logo_se_copie” meta=”true”]
    [acf field=”entpf_logo_se_copie”]
    [e2pdf-wp key=”post_author” subkey=”entpf_logo_se_copie” meta=”true”]

But nothing happens, the image is not displayed on the PDF.

    Can you help me?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Can you please create “textarea” inside E2Pdf Template, map it with the shortcodes below and see if any of these shortcodes will output any data?

    [e2pdf-user key="enbtpf_logo_se_copie" meta="true"]

    Or

    [e2pdf-user key="_enbtpf_logo_se_copie" meta="true"]

I created the textarea mapped as you said,
I tried with the two shortcodes,
but still no image on the PDF. I see a blank area.
