acf field value from post type to post type

Concerning your question, you can retrieve any value of any post/page by adding the $post_id in the get_field() function. See documentation: https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/get_field/

It looks like you trying to setup a “global” option page tho, that’s basically where developers save generale values for the whole site (ie: Google Maps API key, company address etc…). If that’s the case, then you should take a look at the ACF Options Page feature. You’ll find more information here: https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/add-ons/options-page/
