ACF custom list

Hi!

I have created a custom list (of countries) in ACF. These are used as filters for portfolio items. On the portfolio page (the page where all portfolio items are displayed), each item’s card shows the list of countries separated by commas. In the filter, where the countries are listed individually, everything translates correctly. However, on the item cards, where there can be multiple variations of countries, the plugin treats the entire string as a single entity that needs to be translated, rather than recognizing and translating each country individually. How can I fix this?
