ACF and user profile exports

    Hi it seems that your plugin does not support exporting of custom fields made in ACF. Can you verify that? Also is there a way that your pro version might be able to pull information from an order PLUS information from the user profile tied to the order? We have Custom fields (ACF) in the user profile that we need to pull down into the order export. Is anything like that possible?

  • Hi there,
    The free version of the plugin doesn’t support custom fields at this time. The pro version does allow you to include meta fields from the order, order item, AND the customer user. I’m not familiar with ACF and I don’t know offhand how it stores the custom field values, but if they are stored as meta fields on the order, order item, or customer user you should be able to export them (although the format may or may not be very usable, again depending on how the values are stored). You are welcome to give our Pro plugin a try and request a refund on our support site within 14 days of purchase if it doesn’t meet your needs.
