ACF and Forms Plugins

Hi there

I need to link the “Email To:” & “Subject” fields from a form plugin to values assigned to the page that the form is on.

Using Advanced Custom Fields I have set up these fields with their values on each page.

Unfortunately, simply putting the ACF shortcodes in these fields hasn’t worked with any of the plugins that I’ve tried.

Is there any forms plugin that would support this functionality? If not, do I have any other options to make this work?
