The accordion and sticky elements are not working properly. However, when I reactivate the plugin, they work after one refresh, but stop functioning again afterward. Please take a look at the link and let me know what the issue might be.

  • This has started for me too after Elementor upgrade.

I’m experiencing the same issue, specifically after updating Elementor and Elementor Pro to 3.24.0

    Hello @moosatanveer1711, @khalidhd, @sbeaney,

We apologize for the delay in responding and for the inconvenience you have experienced. We assume that this issue might be caused by the Element Caching feature in Elementor. Could you please try disabling this feature first and check if the issue persists?

If disabling it resolves the issue, you can re-enable the feature afterward. We recommend activating this feature only after you’ve finished building your website.

We will wait for your update.

    Thank You

I have the same issue. And the solution of @fauzanjegstudio works, but only one time. After a refresh the old situation arises again: no Jeg elements visible on the live page.

    Hello Everyone,

We sincerely apologize for the delay in our response and for any inconvenience you have experienced. The issue is caused by an update to the JavaScript registration mechanism in Elementor since version 3.24.0.

We have already updated the Jeg Elementor Kit to version 2.6.9, which includes a fix for this issue. We recommend updating the Jeg Elementor Kit plugin to resolve the problem.

We look forward to hearing back from you.

    Thank You

    Hello everyone,

How are you? We hope you’re all doing well.

We would like to inform you that since we have provided the fix for this issue in the previous plugin update, we will mark this topic as resolved.

If any of you have other issues, don’t hesitate to create a new topic.

    Have a great weekend! ???

This still doesn′t work, I′ve installed the latest version and still have the exact same issue. Please take a look at it.

    Hello @grane142,

We apologize for the delay in responding and for the inconvenience you have experienced. This issue in this forum has already been confirmed as fixed, and no further issues should persist.

However, we are concerned that the issue you are facing might be different from the one previously addressed. Could you kindly share the URL of your site with us? Additionally, please provide a list of the currently active plugins on your site. We recommend temporarily deactivating all plugins except Elementor and Jeg Elementor Kit. Doing so will help us determine whether there is a conflict between the plugins.

This is all we can suggest for now, and we will wait for your further updates.

    Thank You!
