account suspended – urgent help please

  • Hi all,

    I hope someone can point me in the right direction.
    I have already contacted wordpress directly, but since I have a free account they are not helping but directed me to the forum…

    My business went into voluntary liquidation. And I know that the website would be turned off. But I was under the impression since the word press account was not paid by my company (free account) I would still be able to access the word press level. To access data and information.

    But if I go to the website it says the account is suspended and I can also not log into wordpress. If I use my log in details they are not recognized. Would anyone have any ideas?

    I have hundreds of blog posts on this page. That I have personally written and would like to reuse….
    I’m heartbroken and it would be absolutely devastating if I could not access the information on wordpress anymore…

    We don’t sell anything, and we also have absolutely no way to suspend sites.

    What was suspended was your hosting account, which appears to be OVH.
