Account Suspended (Excess CPU Usage)

Your domain has been suspended due to excessive CPU usage. I am getting this message from my service provider 2-3 times in a month and after 2,3 days they unblock my site. I asked my developer but he said every thing is running fine on my site. I need help you guys because whenever my site is blocked I lost the traffic.
My site is related to recipes https://therecipespk.com/ and I shared recipe on wwww.yummly.com and most of my traffic is from yummly. Is that a reason to excessive CPU usage?
