account sub links are not working

hi im working on this site and trying to work on the accounts page. when you click the link for account it works but when you click and of the sub menus ex. Orders, downloads, etc.. it goes to a “This page doesn’t seem to exist.”

ive turned off all the plugins and tried again but that did not solve the issue. I also went to the perma links settings and did the save changes trick but that also did not work.

Any assistance would be helpful

i noticed the links are leading to different permalink because if i manually input

https://lightspeedmarketing.ca/my-account/orders/

it works fine. i did check all the permalinks but it keeps leading to https://lightspeedmarketing.ca/orders/?page_id=99
