    Hello,

    We are having an issue with the “Google for WooCommerce” plugin on one of our two websites. Everything works perfectly on one site.

    However, after reconfiguring the plugin on the site https://meineWeideGans.at, we are experiencing the following problems:

    • In the product feed, it has been showing “Account status: Pending review …” for almost a week, even though
    • Feed setup: Free listings setup completed, 17 issues to resolve
    • Sync with Google: Automatically synced to Google, last updated: August 28, 2024, 10:17, containing 18 products

    Under Settings, all items are marked as “Connected.”

    In Reports, “Google Ads” is missing.

    In the Dashboard, under

    • Performance (Paid Campaigns),
      our paid Google Ad is not displayed.

    This is typically a response from Google’s end. It can take up to a week or longer for Google to review and approve your account. If it’s been longer than a week, I would recommend reaching out to Google Merchant Center support for further assistance.

    Sync with Google: Automatically synced to Google, last updated: August 28, 2024, 10:17, containing 18 products

    It indicates that 17 issues need to be resolved. These could be related to product information, shipping details, or other aspects. You should be able to see more information about these issues by clicking on the “Read more about this issue” button or in the Google Merchant Center.

    Performance (Paid Campaigns),
    our paid Google Ad is not displayed.

    This could be due to a syncing issue or a connection issue. Did you connect your ads account? However, you can disconnect and reconnect your account as it might resolve this issue:

    Next, go to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads and set up the connection again.

    Thank you for the information:

    The “disconnect-reconnect session” was done one week ago. I have now repeated the process.

    However, you can disconnect and reconnect your account as it might resolve this issue:

    Go to https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (replace example.com with your domain name)
    Under Merchant Center, click MC Disconnect
    Under Google Account, click Disconnect Google Account
    Next, go to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads and set up the connection again.

    The result is the same – the Google Ads are still not being displayed, even though everything is correctly connected.

    I am at a loss and have already spent hours trying to find a solution.

    As I mentioned, I’m not completely clueless, as everything works perfectly on the second website!

    Great to hear that the Google Ad is now being displayed!
    It sounds like setting up an additional Google Ad through the “Google for WooCommerce” plugin was the key, and then I were able to delete the temporary ad after both were displayed.

    Now, it seems you only have the “Sync” issue left to resolve.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, only part of the issues has been resolved. The point “Account status: Pending review: This may take up to 3 days. If approved, your products will show on Google once it’s completed.” is still unresolved.

    Everything was re-connected 5 days ago; however, it’s still “Pending review” today.

    What should I do?
