Account Set up Issue

I purchased the INDEED plugin when I wanted to set it up I was told to create an account first if I don’t have one and I was given a link to do so. But I created an account and I was told that my account will be renewed and you will get back to me. But this is two weeks now I have not received a mail from you. I want my account set up to enable me use what I paid for. Thanks.
