Account recovery not working on WordPress.COM

I had created a wordpress.com account with the name redpomecompany. Then,I bought hosting from bluehost and logged in within it to wordpress with same username. I was confused if it was a duplicate account. So,I logged in to wordpress.com ,deleted my site and also deleted my account permanently. It was a mistake. Now,I am not able to login through wordpress.com or www.remarpro.com. I am able to login only from bluehost-wordpress login or wp-login. I tried to recover my account ,but it shows error as

“You should be able to recover your account simply by filling out the lost password form with the email address you’ve provided. Please check your spam folder for the reset email.

If you still can’t log in after another reset attempt and checking your spam folder, please resubmit the form below and we’ll try to lend a hand.”

So,i made another reset attempt.It shows error as
“Sorry but the website you gave does not exist on WordPress.com. Is it a self-hosted www.remarpro.com website?”

When i try to login to www.remarpro.com also i am not able to login. It says something like account does not exist.
But the same account i am able to access from bluehost. Can you please help me recover my account properly?It’s urgent
