Account Recovery: Awardspace hosted site, lost email and password?

Hello!
A little over one week ago, I used the site “Awardspace” to purchase the domain “www.morgankinsinger.com,” and host the site for one year. I opted to use wordpress as a design platform, and entered my contact information for wordpress through a pop up menu on awardspace’s site. I am fairly confident I entered the following information at that time:
Email: redacted
Password: *********
However, I could have made a typing error. I auto logged in to the site to design it for the following week, but on July 10th was unable to log back in after logging out. I tried to have my password emailed to redacted, but nothing came. I contacted awardspace with the log in problem, but they said that I needed to log in to WP Admin with the username/password combination I set during the WordPress installation, and that, “we cannot provide it to you, because we do not log the access credentials for our clients scripts.” So right now I am trying to figure out how to log into this site. I think that either (a) I typed in my email wrong during the initial installation, or (b) Awardspace changed/lost my information somehow during the installation process. I can provide email documentation of my correspondence with and receipts from Awardspace (and my password) for verification.

Also of note: I started the website: https://www.morgankinsinger.wordpress.com with the email redacted on July 10th after I realized that I could not log into my original purchased website, because I needed a website right away (I was leaving the country that day and wanted to make sure I had a blog set up before I left to update friends and family). This free wordpress site has nothing to do with the site I purchased from awardspace the week before.
