Account Recovery: All Proof of Ownership Inaccessible

I am unable to find authentication codes, the activation URL/key, or the transaction ID associated with our old WordPress account because it was created prior to my joining the organization. All of the staff that was here when the old account was set-up has moved on and I do not have access to their email accounts. I don’t even know what the login URL for the old WordPress is, I just have the old website URL.
If I can’t prove ownership, how should I go about regaining access? W

No one here has access to your account or any knoweledge of it.
YOur domain is registered through GoDaddy, but your hosting is in the Amazon cloud. Check with the accounting folks and ask who’s being paid to host the website, as you may need their help. Proof of payment is a good way to prove ownership.
