Account page Redirecting to Home Page

    Hi there –

    We’ve noticed a glitch we have not had any luck troubleshooting. In the settings, we’ve made sure that the User’s account page is a page named Account in the admin. However, when people click on My Account, it just takes them to the “home” page of the site. There is no way to see the /account/ page. We can’t even view the page from the admin area as it just “forwards” to the home page.

    Account is a private page. The plugin redirects logged out visitors who tries to access the Account page. Maybe this redirect has been cached. Please clear all caches and try access the Account page one more time.

    Check your page settings. Maybe you use this page twice. Follow recommendations in the Pages Tab article.

    This may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Try to do a conflict test to see if the issue goes away. This doc explains how to do a conflict test: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

    Great, thanks for the response and help. Turns out, we did have Account selected under two options.
