account page only work for certain role (admin role)

  • I have ultimate member plugin Version: 2.1.6 installed i created a new page for the account section since the default one got deleted with the short code : [ultimatemember_account].

    I shows only one type of user and it is the admin but the rest of roles are not shown.
    How can I fix this issue?

    when trying to access account page with another user role I get redirected

    Hi @columbus12

    The account page only shows currently logged in user details.
    It’s not possible to access the account page of other users.
    If you are admin you can user “login as this user” link under the “gear icon” and make changes to the account page.

    Hi, @ultimatemembersupport

    Even when not logged on as admin and instead logged in as a user the account page only redirects to the main page.
    I have checked the user role form and account page everything seems to be correctly set up.
