Account page Delete Account Tab missing

Hello,
In settings I have “Delete Account Tab” emabled but its not appearing on the account page. The only thing displaying there is account and change password.
Any help would be appreciated.

You must also allow the User Role to delete their Account.
UM User Roles -> Edit the role -> General Permissions -> “Can delete their account?”
