  • Hey there, @janbrase7! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

Just to confirm, you mean the page https://yourwebsite.com/my-account/edit-address/, correct?

I was not able to replicate this issue on my website. This might be cause by a theme or plugin conflict.

But before trying a conflict test, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

Can you also please share a screenshot of what you see on your end? I recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

Thank you for your time! I hope the following is what you’re asking for.

Here is the link to my Status Report: blob:https://staging123.livewellfarmsks.com/105e2a1d-e19d-43e4-9f15-45f3358ea5a8

and here is the link again to the page as I see it: https://staging123.livewellfarmsks.com/my-account/edit-address/

I suspect you are right about the problem being with a plugin. I have many more than I would like, as I need a store site, but don’t think it will be a main revenue source don’t want to spend much on it. If you have a suggestion for a free single plugin, that will allow customization of cart, checkout, thank you, and account page, all in one that would be great. It seems I need a plugin for each individually.

    Thanks again

    Hey, @janbrase7!

I was not able to check the SSR as I got a page not found error. But from the screenshot, it really seems like either a theme or plugin conflict.

To test, you’ll first want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then check to see if the issue is still present. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you.

If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one (gradually), checking after each, to see where the issue is coming from.

    — Be sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality or you can consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.

    — Also, you can consider using a plugin like Health Check & Troubleshooting. This is a plugin developed by the WordPress community and it is helpful to disable plugins without affecting your current site visitors.

    — It is important to consider as well a staging functionality in case you would not like to touch your production site (you can ask your host if they offer this service), or you can use WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

You can find more about this in this guide.

Please let us know about your findings.

Regarding a single plugin that is able to customize several pages, have you tried a page build like Elementor, for example? Since this is a third-party plugin, we don’t have a lot of information regarding what can be done for free and what needs a Pro version, but you might want to check it out ??

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
