Account Login Prevented because Not Active

  • I have successfully created a new user (Non-Expiring), but when I try to login in with the credentials, the message appears: “ACCOUNT PENDING: Your account is currently not active. An administrator needs to activate your account before you can login.”

    This is strange as the account is ‘active.’ Can anyone tell what may be wrong?
