    Hi,

    I’m using paid membership pro and it has worked nice (even the payments, checkout and accounts) but suddenly I have this error that doesn’t let the people continue to the paypal checkout nor using a discount code to get the access to the courses in my website.

    When the user clicks on the paypal button, the “account is restricted” appears.

    This error originates from PayPal and not PMPro.

    An ‘Account Restricted’ message can occur due to your account being under review due to suspicious activity. You will want to reach out to PayPal’s customer support for this situation. If PayPal has decided to deny activity on your account, you will need to dispute this with their customer service team.

    I hope you get this resolved as quickly as possible.
