Account information setting wiped updating from 6.2.4 to current

    We have a large WordPress multisite with about 80 users using the ZotPress plugin. The plugin hasn’t been updated in a while, and we’re currently on version 6.2.4. When we update the plugin to the most recent version, the settings get wiped—particularly their Zotero account settings.

    Since we have so many users with this plugin, we don’t want to update and wipe all of their settings. Is this a known issue?
