    Lately we have logged into our admin to discover that the Hubspot Plugin has been disconnected from our Hubspot account. We have reconnected it several times and it never seems to “stick” for more than a few days.

    The only change we’ve made in the past few weeks is we installed the CookieYes plugin, which we thought might have caused issues with form submissions, but not sure how it could affect the connection to our HS account.

    Any ideas?

    First, could you check if you’re running the latest version of our plugin?
    To rule out any interference from browser extensions, please try accessing using a different browser or in incognito mode the next time it happens.

    If the issue persists, we’d appreciate your help with the following:

    1. The next time this happens, it would be great if you could create a HAR file and email it to our support team at:?[email protected]
      A HAR file records the network activity of a browser tab which can be useful for diagnosing the issue.
      Instructions for creating a HAR file are?available here.
    2. Additionally, please send us a screenshot of your options.php table, specifically looking at entries starting with leadin_. To access this, replace /wp-admin/admin.php in your browser’s URL with /wp-admin/options.php.
      We’re interested in seeing if leadin_refresh_token, or any other leadin_ values, are absent.

    Hi @mikechy,

    We’ve just rolled out an update for the plugin. This update introduces changes aimed at reducing disconnect incidents for some users.

    Could you please upgrade to the latest version of the plugin?

    If you continue to experience issues, we would be grateful if you could follow step 2 from my previous message and share a screenshot of our plugin’s configuration in your /options.php to our support email: [email protected]
    The update has also added a few extra fields that should help us identify the problem.

    Alternatively, you can open your browser’s Dev Tools, run window.leadinConfig in the console, and send us a screenshot of the outputted configuration.
