Account Disconnection

Lately we have logged into our admin to discover that the Hubspot Plugin has been disconnected from our Hubspot account. We have reconnected it several times and it never seems to “stick” for more than a few days.
The only change we’ve made in the past few weeks is we installed the CookieYes plugin, which we thought might have caused issues with form submissions, but not sure how it could affect the connection to our HS account.
Any ideas?
