Account disabled?

In the WordPress backend I get the message “[1] – No account connected to this license (check the license on Newsletter main settings)“, even though a license code has been entered.
I cannot log in to https://www.thenewsletterplugin.com/ and I do not receive an email for the password recovery. Can this be resolved?
