Account creation does not work and Paypal fees are not applied

In the checkout page, the box to allow the creation of a new account does not appear. I have read the old posts and set the rules for creating new users as indicated. I can’t understand why, did it happen to someone else?
I have also seen that if payment with Paypal (Paypal Standard) is selected, the 3% commissions that I set in the payment method are not applied. Is it a known incompatibility?

I can also see that there is no account creation on your checkout page. Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
As for Paypal, would you mind sending a screenshot of how you have those settings set up?

I was able to replicate the issue of not being able to create an account during checkout when using WooCommerce Blocks. I have passed this feedback to our developers for a closer look. They should be able to address this soon.
Regarding the PayPal commission issue, does this occur when using the default checkout page? Or does it only happen when using WooCommerce Blocks on your checkout page?

The default checkout page works correctly. Apply Paypal commissions as per settings. I leave you a screenshot where you can see the summary with the Paypal commissions.

@sohanhossain I set the commission as follows:
In Woocommerce -> Settings -> Payments -> Paypal Standard I have set a fixed percentage of 3% in “Additional Cost”.
As already written, the commission is calculated and included in the total in the Default Checkout Page while it is not considered in the Woocommerce Blocks Checkout.
Regarding the problem of creating a new account I found that the problem was that the Checkout page had been edited with Elementor to add a title and icons at the end of the block and this caused the loss of the settings I had set for the block in the WordPress editor.
To solve the problem I created a block template and then inserted it with a shortcode inside the Elementor builder.

I actually found that all the plugins that allow you to add extra commissions don’t work with Woocommerce Block checkout.

As the WooCommerce product Blocks are still being developed and considered BETA you may find that plugin authors have not as yet integrated their plugins with the new checkout blocks as yet.
For a WooCommerce plugin to show and implement data on the new checkout blocks the plugin developer would need to look at integrating that plugins functionality into the new checkout blocks.
I hope this helps explain why you may not see some existing plugins working with the new checkout blocks as yet.
