    Hey Blake,

Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

We haven’t heard of this happening, but we recommend using the latest versions of Paid Memberships Pro and WordPress, so please update to Paid Memberships Pro 2.9.5, and WordPress 6.1. Make sure that you’re using Stripe connect, and to troubleshoot the issue further, could you please navigate to Memberships > Settings > Payment Gateway & SSL and confirm under the Stripe Connect Settings you are still connected? The button displayed would say Disconnect From Stripe.

Could you then click the Disconnect From Stripe button, scroll down and click Save Changes, and then click the Connect with Stripe button? You will be prompted to re-enter your Stripe credentials when doing this.

After reconnecting to Stripe, can you check to see if the issue persists?

    Kind regards,
    Michael

Annoyingly I didnt receive that followup email, seeing this now.

OK, so I checked thru this, removed then reset Stripe and all appears to function properly.
I’m running another test currently and it appears as all has gone through OK.
I’ve not being able to recreate the issue.

    Thanks
