I installed your plugin about 3 days ago, verified it with my AWS account, I see that the site is listed in AWS Cloudfront console, but my site is still not caching any images on Cloudfront. I went through and made sure all caching is turned off. I switched my domain back and forth and it should now be cdn.kaypratt.com. Can you take a look and offer me any suggestions?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @jamespratt

The plugin looks for www.kaypratt.com and replaces them with Cloudfront URL.

The images on your site are being loaded from s3.amazonaws.com thus you dont any images on cloudfront

I guess I am confused then. I look at source code in my browser and I don’t see any reference to s3.amazonaws.com and I only see two queries in my cloudfront console. How do I verify that my images are being served by Amazon vs my own web site?

That is not the correct web site. We use okcmetrolistings.kaypratt.com for our real estate listings, and they keep their images on AWS, but our site is https://www.kaypratt.com and our images are still being hosted on our own web site. I have the plugin set up to host the images on cdn.kaypratt.com which points to rAnd0mChA6s.cloudfront.net and I don’t see any images from there.

I am not sure if I have the part about our site being hosted in a subfolder correct. Our site is https://www.kaypratt.com but it is actually in https://www.kaypratt.com/blog. I tried adding that to my setup but it doesn’t seem to make any difference.

To clarify, okcmetrolistings.kaypratt.com goes to our real estate listings hosted on idxbroker.com and is not controlled by us. I do believe they host their images on AWS S3 but not cloudfront.

Our site is either kaypratt.com or https://www.kaypratt.com and I have cdn.kaypratt.com pointed at our cloudfront distribution rAnd0mChA6s.cloudfront.net.

I’d like to check the website. Would it be possible to give me access to wp-admin?

If yes, send me an email from wpadmin.ca

I would if your form for sending you a message worked. I can type in the message field but it won’t let me type in my contact information.

I found your email on that page so sent you an email with login info.

Modifed the plugin to check if the site is hosted in a sub-folder.

The new version 1.4.3 will have the updated code and will be released soon.
