    When a user creates a new account to become a contributor, an email is sent out to them notifying them that their account is under review. So that feature works perfectly.

    However, once the account has been accepted, no confirmation email sent out to notify them about this. Nor the generic or the custom one are sent.

    All emails are set to ON so that is not the issue. The most bizarre part about this for me is that one email sends but the other doesn’t.

    Please advise on how to tackle this issue.

    Hi @bbooth4,

    What version of the Ulitmate member you have installed?
    Do you have any mail or SMTP plugins active?
    Can you please do a quick conflict test and see if this issue with confirmation email goes away. How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

    You can also try to reset email settings in the Ultimate member -> Settings -> Emails.

    I am using version 1.3.87.

    I have Postman SMTP plugin installed but it is just mimicking out of the box wordpress email delivery.

    I reset Postman and Ultimate member and reset the email settings and then refilled them. It is now working.
