    It looks like your site cannot connect to the SMTP server 199.34.10.51. This IP seems to be the IP of your site itself, so are you sending SMTP from the same server?

    You mention that you are sending mail via SendGrid – are you doing this via API or traditional SMTP?

    i have used Post SMTP plugin and configure sendgrid with apikey in the site
