    Hi,

    Problem:
    The My Account page is not working correctly. When clicking on Orders, Downloads, Addresses, or Log Out, the URL changes, but it does not load the page.

    Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

    1. Checked for Plugin Conflicts – Deactivated all plugins and switched to the default theme.
    2. Reset Permalinks – Navigated to Settings → Permalinks, saved changes, and tested.
    3. Regenerated My Account Page – Deleted the existing My Account page and restored it using WooCommerce tools.
    4. Changed Page Name – The current page is labeled “Test”, but the issue persists.
    5. Cleared Hosting Cache – Confirmed with the hosting provider that no server-side caching is affecting the page.
    6. Hired a Fiverr Expert – A developer attempted troubleshooting but was also unsuccessful.
    7. Followed AI and ChatGPT Prompts – Attempted all recommended fixes with no success.

    Thanks Moses. I solved the issue by deactivating all the plugins and then plugging them back in. After enabling it I reset the permalinks. I did it twice and it didn’t work, but the third time it mysteriously worked. I don’t know if it was the order I did it in or what, but it all works now. thank you for checking!
