Hi, we have a little issue with the gift cardsn.
We sell two gift cards through the site, one digital and the other physical.
when we sell the digital, the recipient’s email is requested, if the recipient signs up, he sees his giftcard in his profile, and in the event of partial use, in the balance column he sees how much he has left to spend on the card.
When we send a physical card with a code issued by us, an email is not required. The recipient, even if he decides to sign up, has nothing in the giftcard entry of his account. We thought that by signing up and using his card to make purchases, then he would see the balance in his profile. We would like to see it all the time but it doesn’t seem to be the case.
