Account Approved but can’t send emails.

I recently got my account approved and tried sending out an email. However, I’m still getting a message saying “You’ll soon be able to send once our team reviews your account. In the meantime, you can send previews to your authorized emails” and I cannot go any further. I reentered the key and this message still persists. I’d appreciate any tips on how to fix this.
