    About a week ago I made another attempt at getting the updated plugin working. No luck. I still get this message:

    “Your subscription is currently?pending approval. You’ll soon be able to send once our team reviews your account. In the meantime, you can send previews to your authorized emails.”

    Can someone please take a look at this and let me know what I should do to get this to work?

    Is there some other method to contact for this type of support? I see several that have these types going unanswered.

    Is this not the “official” way to contact for support?

    Hello there @jimwalczak ,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    I’m taking a look at your account and I can see that you have two plans on your account. One is a Starter plan which has been approved, the other is a 0-1000 subscribers plan which is still pending approval.

    It seems you had activated the Starter Plan on your website and have exceeded the number of emails that you could send for the month. The Starter Plan allows you to send a maximum of 5000 emails per month. From our logs, you’ve sent over 5500+ emails. Please note that the total count of these emails also include transactional emails that may or may not have been sent by you.

    Sending access on the Starter Plan will be resumed on the 1st of November 2023.

    As you’re allowed to have two free plans on your account. I have gone ahead to approve the other 0-1000 plan on your account. Kindly activate that key on your website instead and use that to send your emails.
