    I want to connect the shop’s instagram account with the shop’s facebook can’t say
    Accounts are already onboarded to another Commerce Manager, even though I only connected one.

    is this a problem with the woocommerce plugin?

    This sounds more likely an issue to be reported to the Facebook support team rather than on this WooCommerce forum.

    Doing a quick search, I’ve found other users having what looks to be the same issue and you can find some more details here. In order to reach out to the Facebook Help Center go to https://www.facebook.com/help.

    I’m having the same issue. A bit of background: `There was an initial store set up that was connected to both the Facebook account and to Instagram. The problem was that there were 2 catalogs created in the account one manual catalog that was set up and attached to the store and one catalog that was connected to WooCommerce. You could see both catalogs but the wrong one was attached to the store since we wanted the WooCommerce connected catalog attached to the store.
    I was advised by Facebook chat to deactivate the store and then to re-connect to WooCommerce so that I could then attach the correct catalog to the store. I followed these instructions and was able to follow the steps however when the store was launched I wasn’t able to attach the catalog that was connected to WooCommerce (it was greyed out) so I ended up deactivating the FB connection to WooCommerce (on the WooCommerce backend) and re-installed it and when I did so I created a new catalog and I was able to connect this catalog to the store. However, it only connected to the Facebook store and it will not allow me to connect Instagram as it says:

    Instagram account already belongs to a Commerce Manager account
    An Instagram account can only be associated with one Commerce Manager account at a time.

    Can anyone please advise? I have a case in with Facebook but I am not counting on a resolution as I feel they will see it is an issue with WooCommerce. I also am worried about disconnecting IG accounts and then reattaching that this won’t mess things up further. The FB store is up and running fine. I just want to get IG running too.
