Accordions won’t open

Additional information: the accordion is broken on a second site I work on as well.

That is not correct. The plugin is installed & activated. See these screenshots:

Please remove the below code from the custom CSS

.collapse:not(.show) {
    display: block !important; 
}

and use the below code.

.collapse.in {
display: block !important;
}

and also go to plugins > plugin editor select Responsive Accodion collapse plugin and go to front > ac-content.php file line 79 and change the below code.

That worked. However, I’m concerned that the fix to ac-content.php will be overwritten on the next plugin update.

Thanks for the suggestion but this issue occurs only with few users. If it occurs frequently with other users also so we will update.

You misunderstand me. It’s not a suggestion, it’s a question. When you release the next update to the plugin, it will overwrite this fix and break the accordion again.

Surely there is a better solution. I can’t really consider this problem resolved if the plugin is just going to keep breaking.
