New update: Accordions stuck open / won’t collapse

    Hello!

    today I updated the accordion plugin with the result that the pages that use accordion are now broken.

    All items should be collapsed and should open on click. But they are all open by default and it is not possible to collapse them.

    If I view the accordions in my WordPress backend I only can access the first settings page. All other tabs (options, style, content etc.) do not react anymore / are not cklickable anymore.

    I already deleted the plugin and reinstalled it. With no effect.

    Please help. Thank you in advance

  • oh don’t worry, the update breaks alot more than that.

    dashboard options don’t come down…..file managers don’t work.

    i’m a little mad.

    Thanks for your post, I just update the plugin, it was js error happening when wpautop enabled. I have removed the empty line on js code. please see the screenshot

    Please let me know the result after update plugin.

    Also please make sure you clear browser cache, or deactivate cache plugin if activate, or try another new browser.

    I will be waiting for feedback.

    Hi! & Thanks! It’s working quite fine again.
    One issue: I had changed the icons to fa fa-plus and fa fa-minus. But the first accordion item now displays fas fa-chevron-up again. If I change this again it won’t get applied.

    I just fixed and update the plugin, please update latest version 2.1.2 and let me know the result.

    Also please note, we have removed font-awesome version 4 and update it font-awesome 5, so please use font awesome class. you need to use like fas fa-plus instead of fa fa-plus

    I updated and changed the icons to fas fa-plus and fas fa-minus but still: the first accordion shows the default fas fa-chevron-up icon …
