    Hi,
First, thank you for the plugin.

It is working with the TwentySixteen theme but not a theme I purchased. I would like to report the issue to the theme creator. Can you give me some pointers where they should check in their theme? (By not working, I meant no HTML code for the accordion was generated in the page.)

    Thanks for your help.

It could be that the theme includes accordion shortcodes as well and they may be conflicting. Two things:

    1. Can you provide the name of the theme so I can look into whether they include an accordion by default?
    2. If you are comfortable with it, you could try using my plugins compatibility mode by adding define('AS_COMPATIBILITY', true); to your WordPress installs wp-config.php file. This will change the shortcodes to [as-accordion]...[/as-accordion] and [as-accordion-item]...[/as-accordion-item].

You are right on. The theme is Virtue Premium. They do have accordion shortcodes. It makes sense now. The theme uses the same shortcodes keyword “accordion” but for the inside item, they use “pane.”

However, since I found out the theme had accordion, I switched to using their shortcodes instead. It is easier that way to keep the styles consistent with other elements in the theme.

    Thank you for your help!
