Accordion plugin with linking capability??

Hi

I need an accordion plugin for a horizontal accordion. Does anyone know of one which has the capability to have a link from each “pane” or “slide” to a new web page ? Perhaps someone could point me in the right direction, as I haven’t found anything yet!
