Accordion Menu 9.3.1 do not change menu and not add a new menu

    Hi to All,
    when I tray to change the old menu, for example in
    Type : wordpress
    CONFIGURE : Menu -> another one

    after press the save button, nothing happens. The changes are lost.

    If I try to “New Add”, nothing happens. In accordion menu there isn’t the new entry.

    I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstalled the plugin, but same problem

    Hi,

    I think it is possible that there is a JavaScript error in your backend. Could you please right click on the page -> Inspect element -> go to the Console tab, then refresh the page, and try to click on the save or the new menu buttons. If you would see any javascript errors, please send me a screenshot on them to [email protected].

    Hi,
    the nexdend’s support found that the problem was due to hosting providers, so I did a test on a local server LAMP and I was able to verify the accuracy of the diagnosis.

    After opening a ticket to the provider the problem has been resolved.

    Unfortunately I can not say more of the problem and what is being done.
