Accordion content disappeared

I’m having the same/similar issue.

I’m running a staging site and a live/production site.

Accordion content is on the staging site — when I push it to the live site, the shortcode/accordion appears, but all of the accordion content is not coming over. It’s only happening with one accordion though, the others I have created are carrying over fine.

Please follow below steps :- first you go to your dashboad tools options and click export and select accordion then click download.now you can import this plugin data wherever you want(online/offline).

I’ve done that — it didn’t work. It creates the accordion + shortcode but none of the content or actual accordions are carried over.

I had same problem moving between live and staging. The Accordion existed but the content (accordion tabs) disappeared.

I tried the export/import suggested here but that failed because the Accordion itself already existed – msg “Responsive Accordion “Design” already exists.”

I fixed it by manually copying/pasting the contents of postmeta table for metakey
wpsm_accordion_data

to find it:
SELECT * FROM sb_postmeta WHERE meta_key = “wpsm_accordion_data”

For some reason (perhaps plugin authors could advise) the data was different:

specifically for me live content row began
s:4989:”a:10:{i:0;a:4:{s:15:”accordion_title”;s:83:
whereas staging content row began
s:15:”a:10:{i:0;a:4:{“s:15:”accordion_title”;s:83:

once I replaced staging content row with live content row all accordion content reappeared.
