Accordion closes when submit form

    We have two accordions on the page which include forms.

    The accordion closes when you submit either of the forms. This means that the thank you or form submission error are hidden from the user.

    this may be due to confliction of js with your theme or plugin..please deactivaten other plugins one by one and check if it works..if it does or not please let me know..
