Accordion category limits

Hi. Thank you for the answer. I resolved the issue. Yes there is not categories limit on the accordion.

I have another issue. When i am creating a new helpie, i am using the rich text component on visual mode. The rich text is not user friendly as a word document management or another text writer to create nice text formatted, aligned etc. I would like to know what is the best way to create nice articles well formatted, aligned on helpie. Maybe i have to create my article outside helpie than copy and paste or import a document on helpie?

Our editor follows the same as the default WordPress editor. There is no difference between their editor and our’s. We have just used the same.

Whatever practices you follow for default posts, you can use it for FAQ also.
